The issue has been narrowed down to a source NAT issue within IBM’s infrastructure, they a currently working on solving this Source NAT issue.

Platform is online but without route to internet due to something still being investigated. Rest assure that all backups will pick up and start running automatically, and you will not need to do any actions from your side. We will update here immediately we have news or resolution from IBM Cloud team..

Right now DevOps team from IBM Cloud are working together with VMware to allocate the network issue. Platform is online but without route to internet due to something still being investigated. Connectivity from main internet source in IBM Cloud Frankfurt to our infrastructure has been identified as root cause. IBM Devops are troubleshooting gateways, and will update on progress shortly.

There is reported connectivity issues in IBM Cloud Frankfurt. We are monitoring the situation and awaiting information regarding resolution.
